Fixes

Demon Army Camp - A new level has been added: Demon Army Camp. This includes a whole new questline.
Added missing Resources - All the missing resources are now added to loot tables. All the missing world resources are also added in Exarchyon and Demon Army Camp.
Network code updated - The development network code has been ported from the Korean branch. This allows the developers to have a better and more stable use of the editor, and it allows fixes in items again.
