PeP Changes:
- PeP requirements have been altered to 50%
PePLevel, PeP Points required:
PeP level 1: 2500
PeP level 2: 6500
PeP level 3: 12500
PeP level 4: 20000
PeP level 5: 30000
Other fixes:
- Removed Hearth Teleport stone from sigil crafter shop.
- Changed Skinshifter wolf form texture [light -> dark]
- Removed non working monster summon body slot from GM shop.
- Fixed stack type bug with runemage frostbite skill.
- Seperated rune debuff from frozen debuff, and applied proper stack types to disable duplicate frozen debuffs.
